This policy explains how Marketing Fix AG, Gewerbestrasse 29, 6314 Unterägeri, Switzerland ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit marketingfixag.ch or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

When you visit the Website

Our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each visit: IP address, date and time, pages requested, referring page, browser type and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the Website securely and is kept in server logs for a limited period.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, company and message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage our relationship.

Fonts

The Website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC. If you prefer, we can self-host these fonts on request.

Cookies

The Website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

3. Why we process your data

• To operate the Website and keep it secure (legitimate interest).
• To answer your enquiries and prepare offers (pre-contractual steps at your request).
